After over ten years of the Ness water management was installed in the crawl space, the sump pump alarm started working too. The office worked to accommodate my schedule and sent over Alfredo Valencia to investigate. He was fantastic! Got right to work and resolved the problem quickly.

I have worked with Ness LLC for years. They have always been amazing to work with. Not only on my last service request did they find somebody to go out to a property within a small window of time, but got us the report with quick turn-around. The company as a whole and the services they provide and willingness to jump in and get the job done is above and beyond expectation.

This our second time working with Ness Restoration and their crew. Just outstanding work, always very professional. They explain the process clearly, they take great care to keep your house clean with protective barriers and booties on their feet.They show up as scheduled. They back up their work, a year after our first job we had an issue and they showed up immediately, fixed the problem, and did not charge me a dime. This is the team you want to do your restoration work.

I would like to thank you for the job your crew has done on restoring our home after our washing machine flooded. From the get go the team showed up very quickly and got straight to work. Even you yourself showing up and putting us at ease was appreciated. The entire crew was very professional and my wife, Jana and I were very comfortable with having your men come and go in our home, many times when we weren't even home. In particular, we would like to thank Michael, Anthony, and Derek. They went above and beyond to make such a stressful time a whole lot more bearable. You should be very proud to have men like that on your staff. Needless to say we have already told lots of family and friends about our good experience with your company, and you can be sure we will refer you to others should the need arise.

Ness Restoration did so much more than I could have imagined to make my stressful situation (water leak with wall, ceiling and hardwood floor damage along with mold treatment) as easy and manageable as possible. I would highly recommend them when you find yourself in a sticky situation.

So grateful… Ness was exactly what we needed when we needed it. We had brand new floors installed just 24 hours before our house flooded (water line came loose from the fridge) To start, when our house flooded we called at 7:30 AM and the owner was over within an hour. Within 2 hours, there were 2 more guys, within 3 hours, 5 more and within 3 hours there must’ve been 10+ people in our home ripping up flooring, starting with the fans, and explaining what was happening. I was particularly grateful for Michael, who showed some sympathy, which cannot be overlooked when going through one of the worst things that can happen to your home. Ness handled everything with the insurance company and were constantly attentive to our needs. In fact, we had some very meticulous requests and they attended to every one. Shout out to Michael (again!) for his daily help… He became a friend in this process and we couldn’t be more grateful that someone looked after the repairs of our home as if it were his own. Thank you Ness!!
